• Garment sizing and fits should be selected in accordance with our posted Size Charts. Slight variations in measurements or dye lots may occur as part of standard textile manufacturing.

• All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or collection at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE When you place an order on dreadlocksfashion.com, your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Dreadlocks reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any legitimate commercial reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or inventory stockouts;

• Inaccuracies or errors in product descriptions or pricing;

Dreadlocks is not liable for carrier transit delays, severe weather, regional strikes, or customs clearance delays outside our reasonable control.

• Title & Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for items transfer to you once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

• Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (DDU / DAP): Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP). All import duties, customs clearance fees, foreign taxes, or brokerage charges assessed by the destination country's government or carrier are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid import duties, Dreadlocks reserves the right to deduct all incurred return shipping and handling costs from any eligible refund.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS All product returns, size exchanges, and order cancellations are governed exclusively by our Refund & Return Policy. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact our customer care team promptly if any garment is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
